Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a “no questions asked return and refund policy.” If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product at the time of delivery, you may return it immediately. If you are unable to inspect the product at the time of delivery, you can raise a complaint within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Complaint Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. You must provide images of the items you are dissatisfied with to help us pass feedback to the merchants and improve our services.

Replacement: If a product is returned due to quality issues, we will replace it with a new one. If the products received do not match the order placed, we will replace the order with the correct products promptly.
Delivery Issues
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery is not successful on the first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address details, recipient not being home, the address being locked, or refusal to accept the order, the customer will still be charged for the order. Additionally, an extra charge of 30 rupees will apply for re-shipping.
Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations from consumers once an order has been placed.
Refund Policy
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, if there is a manufacturing defect in any of the products received, we will replace the defective packets.
